These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and Semutwin ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Semutwin website located at semutwin.cam and all associated services, games, products, and features made available thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Semutwin website, creating an account, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Semutwin platform and close your account.

Semutwin reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Continued use of the Services following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend that players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the Semutwin platform.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or other incentives credited to an Account pursuant to a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are approved, which may include submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method.
• "Services" means all online casino games, sports betting markets, esports wagering, live dealer games, promotions, and any other features or functionality offered through the Semutwin platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which the use of our Services is prohibited by applicable law or explicitly restricted by Semutwin at its sole discretion.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account with Semutwin, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are a natural person acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party;
3. You are not a resident of, and are not accessing the Services from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
4. You do not already hold an existing Account with Semutwin;
5. You are not an employee, director, consultant, or agent of Semutwin, or an immediate family member of such a person;
6. You have not previously had an Account with Semutwin that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms; and
7. You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the above eligibility conditions are satisfied. Semutwin reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend access pending verification.

To access the full range of Semutwin Services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to promptly update your account information in the event of any changes. Semutwin shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Each individual may only register and maintain one (1) Account. The operation of multiple accounts, whether in the same name or using different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and all associated balances may be forfeited at Semutwin's sole discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify Semutwin immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Semutwin will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

Semutwin supports a range of deposit methods tailored to Malaysian players. Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer, and selected cryptocurrencies including USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH).

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most e-wallet methods, and RM50 for FPX and direct bank transfers. Cryptocurrency minimum deposits are equivalent in value.
• Semutwin does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. Processing delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside Semutwin's control.
• Semutwin reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, erroneously made, or in breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the Semutwin platform are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption. Semutwin does not store complete card details or banking credentials on its servers.

Players may request a withdrawal of available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same method used for the original deposit.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. This includes submission of a valid government-issued identity document (e.g., MyKad for Malaysian residents), proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, etc.) are typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals to USDT TRC20, BTC, or ETH wallets are typically processed within 30 minutes, subject to network confirmation times.
• Semutwin reserves the right to impose additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above a certain threshold or where unusual account activity is detected, and to delay payment pending the outcome of such checks.

Semutwin offers various promotions and bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, referral rewards, and VIP benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and any additional bonus-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• All bonus offers are available to registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slot games. The exact contribution percentage is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Expired bonuses will be forfeited without compensation.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Semutwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, or to reclaim bonus funds from an Account where it is determined that a bonus has been claimed fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or as part of a pattern of bonus abuse.

All bets placed on the Semutwin platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet details, including stake amounts and selections, prior to confirmation. Semutwin will not reverse a confirmed bet except in the circumstances described below.

Semutwin reserves the right to void, cancel, or suspend any bet or series of bets where:

• A technical error, pricing error, or data feed failure has materially affected the displayed odds or game outcome;
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms or applicable bonus terms;
• There is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, insider information, or other fraudulent conduct;
• The relevant sporting event or game outcome is under official investigation by a governing body; or
• The bet was placed on a market that was inadvertently opened in error.

All casino games on the Semutwin platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested for fairness and unpredictability. Live dealer games are conducted by professionally trained dealers via HD video stream. Semutwin does not control or influence game outcomes, and all results are final as determined by the game engine or live dealer, subject to applicable rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Semutwin platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using automated betting scripts, bots, or any third-party software that interacts with the platform without human input;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit pricing differentials;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or platform feature;
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial purpose;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other time;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any part of the platform's software or infrastructure;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards Semutwin staff or other players; and
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other means of location masking.

Semutwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it determines, in its sole discretion, that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account holder has engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 9;
• The Account holder has failed to satisfy KYC or eligibility requirements within the prescribed timeframe;
• The Account holder is, or is suspected to be, operating the Account on behalf of a third party;
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or potentially illegal activity is detected in connection with the Account; or
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the Account holder or processed pursuant to Semutwin's responsible gambling procedures.

Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting Semutwin's support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding non-qualifying bonus funds and wagering requirements not yet met) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and verification requirements.

All content available on the Semutwin platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, game assets, software, text, audio, and visual materials (collectively, "Content"), is either owned by Semutwin or used under licence from the respective copyright holders. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of Semutwin.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Semutwin, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently subject to chance;
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or downtime outside Semutwin's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers; or
• Reliance on information displayed on the platform that contained errors due to data feed failures.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Semutwin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the platform.

Semutwin collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account and using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Semutwin implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect player data, including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure server infrastructure, and strict internal data access controls. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or these Terms.

In cases of urgent operational or legal necessity, changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

The current version of these Terms, bearing the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page, constitutes the governing agreement between you and Semutwin. Your continued use of the Services after any changes are published constitutes your binding acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your Account.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming laws and the law of the jurisdiction in which Semutwin holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and Semutwin, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter through the applicable dispute resolution procedures of Semutwin's licensing authority.
